Every output from our engine is reviewed line-by-line by a chartered quantity surveyor who validates assumptions, applies professional judgement, flags risks, and signs off the final deliverable. A qualified quantity surveyor reviews the AI output, validates measurement assumptions, applies specification judgement, flags design risks, and confirms every rate against current market data.
